About
Jennifer LeMaster

Jen brings over 25 years of leadership in venue management, economic development, hospitality, and strategic planning across the live events industry. Today, she serves as President & CEO of the Washington State Convention Center Public Facilities District (Seattle Convention Center). A proud Kentuckian, Jen grew up in the Bluegrass State before trading horse country for the Emerald City—swapping bourbon for craft coffee, and bluegrass for grunge. 🌱☕🎶 Her career includes senior executive roles at the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, where she helped deliver transformative projects like Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Signia by Hilton Atlanta. In Seattle, Jen is deeply engaged in the civic and business community serving on both corporate and non-profit boards. She resides in Queen Anne with her husband, Zach, a freelance sports producer and editor, as well as her kids, Brennan (Lincoln High School) and Marlee (McClure Middle School) and their fluffy pup, Lexi.
